We welcome the following new members:

Nigel Maud

Laurence Cremetti

Debbie Vincent

Emma Harman

We hope everyone will try to recruit at least one more person, this would really help to get us to the 25 required to become a chartered Rotary eClub.

In the meantime promoting the eClub is a real priority and Dave King, who has agreed to head up the PR Team, is starting to get results in his Press Releases, with some promotion in Swindon and Worcester and Tim’s performance on BBC Worcester Radio provided some good feedback. We are also getting into place people willing to be part of Dave’s Team, Conrad in the Worcester area and Emma in the Bristol area. Hopefully you will have read Dave’s words in the Welcome Pack explaining how he wants everyone to use their social network avenues to get a viral effect going about the eClub.

Thanks also to Conrad for getting me a slot at the Malvern Small Business Forum, there was a lot of interest and I know that Conrad will encourage members of this forum to join the eClub. Going to this event also gave me the chance to meet Conrad; although we are all busy people, I want to encourage that you  try to meet each other where possible as this is really important. To that end, it was good last night to spend an evening with Ola and his wife Maria, we are hoping Maria will join, especially as her father was in Rotary.

We hope that we can encourage members to log into the website at least once a week, this will cut down on the need for emails and help encourage chat amongst you. The next team we want to get in place is the Projects Team, so we can get on with a few activities e.g. End Polio Now.
