Still a few places left for eRotarians and their friends and relations to join us on a visit to Salisbury on 3 August. We will be visiting the Trussell Trust who run many of the foodbanks in the UK. Afterwards join us in sharing a picnic in the surrounds of Salisbury Cathedral followed by a guided tour. More details on the forum and on the website. It’s another great way for eRotarians to meet and share fellowship.

Change of President. Uplands Interact Club prepares for new term and as our President Tom moves onto College he is pictured here handing over the reigns to Ricky. In the new year the Interact Club will be presented with its Charter. They plan to continue to raise funds for Roll Out the Barrel and to link with an Interact Club in the USA.
Quilting success A couple of weeks ago we reported on the Quilt making project being run by the Interact Club at Uplands school. All the squares were created by the children and then stitched together by eRotarian Mary Loran. And here is the finished quilt which will be auctioned to raise monies for Rotary Charities.
